🧹 Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes! We bring all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to clean your home thoroughly. If you prefer we use or don’t use specific products or scents, just let us know in advance. Also please remember to let us know about any allergies you may have.

🧹How much does cleaning cost?
Our prices vary based on the size of your home, your specific needs, and how often you’d like us to clean. Contact us for a free, no-obligation custom quote for your home.

🧹  Do you offer one-time or deep cleans?
Currently, our schedule is reserved for recurring weekly, biweekly & monthly clients. However, we occasionally open slots for deep cleans. Contact us to see if we can accommodate your needs at this time, or you can ask to join our waitlist.

🧹 What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens—we understand! We just ask for a notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We confirm every appointment & would rather you tell us as soon as you know you need to change your scheduled service; as we like to fill the spots with those on the waiting list.

🧹 Are you insured?
Yes! We are fully insured to give you peace of mind. Your home and belongings are protected when we’re on the job. Feel free to ask for the link to our Insurance Declarations Page. 

🧹 Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Nope! Many of our clients choose to provide access ahead of time. Whether you’re home or not, we’ll treat your space with care and integrity.

🧹 What types of homes do you clean?
We clean residential homes, including apartments, condos, and single-family houses. There’s also support for move in/out cleans, commercial cleaning, as well as vacation, second or rental home cleanings. If you have something unique, feel free to reach out and ask!

🧹 Do you offer move-in/move-out cleanings?
Yes! Move-in/move-out cleanings are limited to availability and may be offered to new customers if there’s availability; returning and referred clients are always a priority.  Contact us to ask if we can fit it in!
